The metal roofing sheet forming machine is the most commonly used machine for creating roofing sheets. The metal roofing sheet forming machine made by Sree Engineering Equipments is reputed in the market for its long lasting operational life. Our highly-talented staff work with cutting-edge technologies to produce these pristine machines for you. The output of these machines are flawless and consistent, yet time efficient. Additionally, they are easy to use and can be easily operated by a single person. Customisation of the machine can be done depending on your requirements. From simple to complicated profiles, metal roofing sheet forming machines can fabricate sheets according to your requirement
The profile machine that is used for making roofing sheets, can work with metal sheets like PPGL, PPGI, BGL, GC and Aluminium. The sheet that is fed into the machine passes through multiple sets of rolls which are mounted on consecutive stands. Each set forces a small bend on the sheet that moves pass it. So, by the end of the process, the sheet goes through multiple bending operations to produce the roofing sheet of the desired cross-section profile. A typical roofing sheet that comes out of the profile machine has 6 triangular ridges and multiple baby ribs in between them.
The metal roofing sheet forming machine consists of an automatic decoiler feeding guide and roll forming unit for shaping the sheet into the desired profile. It also has a heavy duty motor which drives roll forming section and post-cutters. For the purpose of pressing and cutting, the machine is equipped with separate hydraulic units with a PLC base control system.
Our metal roofing sheet forming machine produce roofing sheets with an accuracy length of ±2 M.M. These sheets are ideal to be used as shed for temporary or permanent shelters, indoor stadiums, poultry farms, industrial structures and more.
