A liner roofing sheet with baby ridges is made with the help of roofing sheet liner machine. Sree Engineering Equipments is known for its best-quality roofing sheet liner machine due to its high precision and long lasting operational life. With our liner profile machines, liner roofing sheets of any desired dimension can be fabricated. These sheets are preferred in the market due to its durability, fire resistance, cost-effectiveness and sustainability. They also provide an attractive finish that can withstand harsh weather conditions.
A roofing sheet liner is characterized by multiple baby ribs extending along its entire length. It is crafted using the liner profile roll forming machine. This machine employs a straightforward process wherein a plain roofing sheet is fed into the system. As the sheet traverses through consecutive series of rolls mounted on consecutive stands, each roller set imparts a subtle bend to the sheet which forms small ridges. Consequently, by the end of the process, the sheet undergoes the influence of multiple roller sets which transforms the plain roofing sheet into a liner roofing sheet with the desired cross-sectional profile.
The roofing sheet liner machine consists of an automatic decoiler feeding guide and roll forming unit. They are supported by a heavy duty motor which drives the roll forming section and post-cutters. A hydraulic system and control system is equipped to assist with pressing and cutting the sheets in the required dimension.
Liner roofing sheets are used for the construction of industrial buildings (factories, warehouses, manufacturing plants), commercial buildings (offices, shopping centres, retail outlets) and residential buildings (apartments, condominiums, houses). Such durable liner roofing sheets of the desired dimensions and profile are crafted with a roofing sheet liner machine.
